Cancellations:
All cancellations are subject to a $25 per room cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival date will be charged
a fee equal to one night's stay or 50% of the reserved stay, whichever is
greater. Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or
more rooms.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in
the Inn, but we do allow for designated smoking areas outside.
Animals:
We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate
animals of any kind at this time. Please ask us to refer you to our
local livery for any livestock and to the local dog kennel, which is
located right down the road. For those of you who may have
allergies, as mentioned before we do have a dog on site but he is not
allowed into the guest rooms.
Room Rates:
The rates listed are based on double occupancy. Additional guests
will be charged $20 per person per day. High season is defined as
May 1 through November 1 and any 3 day holiday weekends, including the week
of Christmas and New Years. Please call us to inquire about low
season specials that may appear throughout the winter. Discount
packages may also apply to groups or extended stays.
Please inquire about special requirements such as
handicap access and dietary needs. |
